Socialy is a private workspace for an agency. Every account is created by an administrator. There is no public registration.
Accounts
An account stores a name, email address, hashed password, and role. A session stores the sign-in time, IP address, and browser. Socialy uses this to sign you in and to limit each person to the clients they are allowed to see.
Workspace content
The workspace stores client and brand details, captions, comments, schedules, and uploaded photos and videos. A review link lets a client open the posts in that link without an account.
When an administrator connects a Facebook Page, Socialy stores the Page id, the Page name, and an encrypted Page access token. Publishing sends the approved post to that Page. Reports read Page insights from Facebook.
When email is configured, Socialy sends password resets and new-account credentials through the agency's email provider. Without that configuration, an administrator shares a temporary password directly.
Drafting
When an AI key is configured, Socialy sends the client name, brand details, and content pillars to the model so it can draft posts. Uploaded photos and videos are not sent.
Hosting
The database and file storage used to run Socialy keep the information above so the workspace can function.
Sharing
Socialy does not sell personal information. Information is shared with Facebook when a post is published or a report is loaded, with the email provider when a message is sent, and with the model provider when a draft is requested.
Keeping and deleting information
Passwords are stored only as a hash. Page tokens are encrypted. Disconnecting a Page deletes the stored token. An administrator can remove a user. To ask for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted, contact the administrator who invited you.
Children
Socialy is not for children. Accounts are created only for people the agency invites.
